(2) On site training for operators.
(3) After the installation of the complete set of equipment, 1-2 full-time technical personnel will be left to assist the customer in on-site production free of charge.
(4) Assign dedicated after-sales service engineers to arrive on site to assist and guide customers in resolving issues.
(5) Regular or irregular telephone follow-up, dispatch specialists to conduct on-site follow-up, and solicit user suggestions.
