Grain dryers are exceptionally busy during the harvest season. How can we ensure that grain dryers serve the public more effectively and extend their service life as much as possible? Users should pay attention to the following aspects.
1. Regularly check the levels of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, brake fluid, and fuel, and ensure the overall sealing integrity of the machine. During the break-in period, it is recommended to frequently apply lubricating grease to the lubrication points.
2. Since grain dryers are specialised machinery, operators should undergo training to fully understand the machine's structure and performance. Before operation, read the user manual and follow the instructions provided.
3. Pay attention to the workload during the break-in period and ensure appropriate workloads to prevent equipment overheating caused by prolonged continuous operation. After the break-in period, the equipment should undergo proper maintenance, including inspections and upkeep, while also ensuring the timely replacement of fluids.
4. Keep the equipment clean and promptly adjust any loose components to prevent accelerated wear caused by loosening. Regularly inspect all components, and if any abnormalities are detected, immediately shut down the machine for resolution.
