1. Poor drying effect of rice dryer. Firstly, check if there is any abnormality in the gas generator. When there is a problem with the heat source, the drying temperature decreases and cannot meet the required temperature for rice drying. The rice flowing out from the discharge port has high humidity and cannot meet the drying requirements.
2. The drying time is not set correctly. Rice is a heat sensitive grain, so when drying, not only should the temperature be controlled, but also the drying time should be paid attention to. If you are worried about the occurrence of bursting or fragmentation during the drying process and shorten the drying time, then the dried rice will not meet the requirements.
3. The initial water content calculation of rice is incorrect. Under normal circumstances, the water content of rice harvested is about 20%. However, due to weather or rice variety issues, some rice have a water content exceeding 20%, but customers still calculate based on the original data, resulting in calculation errors and the water content of dried rice still being 2% to 5% higher than the required level.
4. The inlet of the induced draft fan is blocked, which has happened before, especially in winter. The high temperature and humidity extracted by the induced draft fan will form a large amount of smoke that blocks the line of sight. Some customers will put a cloth bag on the outlet of the induced draft fan to avoid white fog. But this will seriously affect the function of the induced draft fan, causing a large amount of water vapor to accumulate in the dryer, and the rice cannot be effectively dried.
