Product Advantages
1. Daily processing capacity of 300 tons (24 hours) with a moisture reduction rate of 13-15%.
2. Scientifically optimized angular box arrangement employs counterflow drying technology to prevent frozen grain from direct high-temperature exposure. The lower section utilizes a counter-mixed flow segment for rapid moisture reduction. Temperature-regulating sections are added at each air temperature zone to prevent grain cracking and splitting. A cross-flow mechanism with gel-like boxes in the central drying section ensures uniform drying. A cooling section at the very bottom reduces grain temperature alongside moisture content, facilitating post-drying storage. Traditional drying towers with central air intake (mixed flow) require lengthy drying processes and incur high costs. Our independently developed new co-current/counter-current drying tower eliminates the traditional central air intake, saving the intermediate air intake process and significantly increasing drying speed. This reduces drying costs by 0.5-1 fen per jin of grain. Our counterflow drying tower also supports segmented drying, offering great flexibility to handle any grain volume. Traditional mid-airflow towers require full loading before operation.
3. Internally reinforced with high-quality thick-walled seamless pipes and angle steel bracing; side panels formed as a single unit using large-scale equipment.
4. All fans utilize high-temperature-resistant boiler-grade units with integrated steel-formed supports. Motors and fans employ D-type or C-type drives for extended service life.
5. Hot air ducts feature full external insulation with high-temperature-resistant material seals at flange joints.
6. Elevator cylinders are welded from galvanized steel plates, utilizing high-strength wear-resistant buckets and reinforced tear-resistant elevator belts from renowned domestic manufacturers.
7. The burner utilizes imported components assembled domestically into branded products, ensuring stable combustion with minimal temperature fluctuations.
8. The control cabinet features dynamic light simulation displaying the drying process, a CPLC program control system, and fully automated grain feeding control.
