Performance Specifications
●(1) The drying tower shall be a low-temperature circulating or continuous type, capable of normal operation under humid and hot climatic conditions, with 95% uptime during the drying period for corn, rice, and wheat.
● (2) Moisture variation in corn, rice, or wheat exiting the machine shall not exceed 1% (provided the moisture variation upon entry does not exceed 5%).
● (3) Single-unit capacity per batch ≥ 40 tons, daily (24-hour) drying capacity > 120 tons.
● (4) Color of dried grains shall not undergo significant alteration.
● (5) The drying tower shall include a cooling section with a cooling-to-drying time ratio of no less than 5:1.
● (6) The measured hot air temperature at the tower inlet shall not exceed 80°C, and the maximum grain temperature inside the machine shall not exceed 38°C.
● (7) The drying tower shall incorporate an imported online moisture analyzer (measurement accuracy ≤ ±0.5%), necessary temperature sensors (measurement accuracy < ±1°C), level sensors, dryer safety protection devices, and alarm systems, all capable of interlocking operation with the automatic control display instrument.
●(8) The drying tower shall be equipped with an automatic control display instrument capable of real-time display of hot air temperature, grain moisture content, and grain temperature.
●(9) The fan Supporting with the drying tower shall not exceed 80dB(A) noise outside the drying chamber.
●(10) The motor and electrical control box Supporting with the drying tower shall have a protection rating no lower than IP54 and comply with relevant explosion-proof standards.

Product Advantages
Suitable for drying various crops including wheat, corn, rice, soybeans, sorghum, and buckwheat. The unit features a galvanized steel body with a robust structure, low failure rate, and extended service life. Heat sources include hot-air furnaces fueled by coal, oil, natural gas, straw, rice husks, or steam.
The drying tower utilizes hot air as the thermal medium to dry grain. Its interior primarily consists of an inlet vent section and an angled vent box. The angled box is filled with grain, which flows downward. Hot air enters through the inlet vent section, passes downward through the grain layer, and exhaust gases are expelled via the outlet angled box. Hot air flows in the same direction as the grain stream, termed co-current flow. As hot air traverses the grain layer, heat and moisture transfer occur: hot air transfers heat to grain kernels, raising their temperature. As kernels heat up, moisture evaporates into the air and is expelled as exhaust. The dried, heated grain flows downward into the conditioning section. Passing through this section balances the temperature and moisture content between the grain's interior and exterior layers, achieving uniform moisture reduction. After conditioning, the grain enters the cooling section. Through cooling, the grain temperature is reduced to storage temperature before being discharged through the discharge section.
