Product Advantages
● The tower body is constructed from thick galvanized steel plates, ensuring robust structure, low failure rate, and extended service life.
● Designed specifically for the Central Plains region, this grain drying tower addresses the challenge of reducing high-moisture grain to safe levels in a single pass. Its specially engineered drying sections feature staggered layers of angular ventilation boxes. The narrow spacing between angular boxes and thin grain layers facilitate rapid hot air penetration, achieving fast moisture reduction and uniform drying. Simultaneously, this enables section-by-section drying and gradual moisture release. The hot air system employs dual-fan segmented variable-temperature drying technology.
● Upon entering the tower, grain exhibits high moisture content and low temperature. Therefore, the initial drying section utilizes high air temperature and large air volume for rapid moisture reduction. At this stage, hot air efficiency is maximized. Saturated exhaust air is rapidly expelled from the tower, enhancing drying efficiency and boosting yield. Grain then enters the relaxation section for moisture-heat exchange. Heat from the surface conducts inward while internal moisture migrates toward the surface. This process reduces cracking rates and improves grain quality. Upon entering the second and third drying sections, grain temperature exceeds 30°C while moisture drops below 20%. Low-temperature drying is then employed to conserve energy. The cooling section utilizes a mixed counterflow pattern for gradual, thorough cooling. Adjustable air temperatures across sections ensure post-drying grain color and quality surpass national standards, earning high user acclaim.
● This machine is widely used for drying grain crops such as wheat, corn, sorghum, rice, and soybeans.
● Heat sources include hot air furnaces fueled by coal, oil, natural gas, straw, rice husks, etc., or steam.
