Inlet and outlet are equipped with detachable ultra-high molecular wear-resistant plates, head and tail sides are equipped with observation and inspection holes, and the outlet is equipped with anti-backflow adjustment plate to prevent backflow and improve efficiency. 6. The head bearing of the elevator is externally installed for convenient daily maintenance and oiling, improving the service life of the bearing. The head bearing is a double-row self-aligning bearing with locking cone sleeve and SN series bearing seat for easy installation and disassembly. The tail is installed with a seated spherical outside self-aligning bearing, and the joint between the head and tail shaft ends and the box body is sealed with a skeleton oil seal to prevent powder leakage. 7. The head pulley is rubber-coated to reduce slip rate, improve conveying efficiency and extend the service life of the belt. The tail pulley is a squirrel-cage structure to prevent materials from being crushed between the belt and the tail pulley, effectively reducing material crushing rate. 8. The head pulley is equipped with a sensitive and reliable backstop device. 9. To ensure stable and safe operation of the equipment, the tail of the elevator is equipped with a stall sensor for belt slip alarm. 10.
